Practical matters

For all day-to-day banking matters, our Easy Banking Centre is here to help you: you can call us on 02 762 20 00, weekdays between 7am and 10pm and from 9am to 5pm on Saturdays.

Our teams are also on social media: you can message them on Facebook or Twitter.

Finally, the answer to your question may already be on Community, our online knowledge base, which deals with the most common requests.

New projects

If you’re looking for advice about mortgages, insurance or investments, contacting one of our experts has never been easier with the Easy Banking app: just tap “Contact us”, choose the reason for your call, and you’ll be put through to our team. Because you’re already identified via the app, our people have all the information they need to help you and save you time. You no longer need to identify yourself using your Phone Banking code.

Customers can also book video calls with their usual advisors and make use of their expertise as if they were sitting face-to-face. There’s no complicated software installation process: just click on the link we send you, and you’ll be able to discuss and share documents in a fully secure way using your computer or smartphone.

Of course, you can still make an appointment at your usual branch. You can arrange to see your advisor until 8pm Monday to Friday, and also on Saturday mornings.
