Focus on people

Every year, the international Top Employers Institute awards the 'Top Employer' quality label to companies for their excellent HR policies. The award is the result of a thorough audit and analysis. This is the 11th time the bank has received this recognition. With a good score of 90.51%, we improved on last year’s 87.52%. We are making progress, particularly in the area of well-being. BNP Paribas was also awarded the label in France, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine and Germany.
