BNP Paribas Fortis Factor will handle invoice collection for you with Easy2Cash

Collecting on invoices can be a very time-consuming task for a self-employed person or small company. To address this, BNP Paribas Fortis Factor recently launched Easy2Cash, a new, fully digital solution that enables entrepreneurs and small firms to finance, follow up on, and collect their receivables.

Easy2Cash provides self-employed people and small or medium-sized companies with a simple, flexible, digital receivables management solution – a ‘first’ in the Belgian banking landscape. "The new solution fulfils the three traditional invoice management tasks: financing, credit risk cover, plus a comprehensive receivables and collections management service," points out Frédéric Fontaine, Head of BNP Paribas Factoring, Northern Europe.

Your invoices are worth money

However, the greatest novelty with Easy2Cash is the 100%-digital pathway. "It takes just a few hours from signing up for the service to obtaining financing for your invoices. Clients first need to check on our website whether they’re eligible, then if they wish they can apply for the product and will receive a fast, automated answer. Then it just remains to sign the contracts online and you’re all set!” explains Frédéric, adding: “Moreover, you can always choose for yourself which of your invoices you wish to entrust to us, depending on the type of debtor or the amount due.”

Specialists always on hand

The entire process is carried out digitally, but the client always of course has the option of talking directly with one of our Factoring specialists. The Bank has set up a dedicated Easy2Cash team that can be reached online. You’ll be able to contact them whenever you wish with any technical questions or queries about your receivables financing and they’ll go through everything with you from A to Z.

A tech lab

The icing on the cake is that other developments at the Bank are set to benefit from the launch of Easy2Cash. Frédéric Fontaine reveals: "We intend to use this rollout as a laboratory, providing input to our reflection process on our other traditional offerings. It has, for instance already given us the opportunity to experiment with electronic signatures. In 2020 we’re starting to incorporate this technology into other products."
