So how does our recruitment process work?

The number of steps may vary depending on the job concerned, but we always conduct at least two interviews. Some roles may involve more interviews and/or tests. In all circumstances, we always assess each person's skills and qualifications completely objectively, transparently and fairly. Whatever the outcome of your application, you will be kept informed of the decisions taken at each stage of the selection process.


Application

Send us your CV with cover letter online. Your CV will be screened by a member of our HR team.

Online tests

Are you in? To get to know your personality and competences better, we’ll invite you to take some tests online.

Interview 1

Did you pass the tests with flying colours? Then we’ll invite you for a telephone interview to evaluate your skills, motivation and expectations. This is the perfect opportunity to ask us anything you want to know about the position and our company.

Interview 2

Was your first interview a hit? Great. Then the manager of the department concerned will invite you for a face-to-face interview. Together, you will delve deeper into the position and its responsibilities, as well as your future work environment and team.

Contract

Were you the best candidate for the job? Congratulations! We’ll draft a job contract proposal and discuss it with you. Do we come to an agreement? Then all you have to do is sign it and there you go ... welcome to BNP Paribas Fortis!

Onboarding

From the moment you join, you’ll benefit from a programme to help you settle into your job and your team as smoothly as possible. We’ll introduce you to your new colleagues and give you access to all the tools and training courses you need to get started and develop as you go along. Good luck!
